With over 40 years’ experience in coaching, mentoring, and building high-performing teams, he brings deep practical insight into the skills, mindset, and behaviours required to elevate performance, build confidence, and empower sustainable success.

Kiara has over three years of experience in administration, with a strong focus on clients and people. She has gained expertise through a variety of roles, always prioritising clear communication, organisation, and genuine care. At Klemm Communications, she manages and maintains professional client relationships while overseeing all administrative tasks needed by Tony to keep the business running smoothly.

Working closely with Tony, Kiara ensures that clients and prospective clients feel informed, supported, and valued at every stage of their experience. She believes meaningful relationships are built on consistency, responsiveness, and trust, and she helps create seamless interactions that strengthen connections between the company, its clients, and the wider community.
